Saude started with a personal obsession with feeling good from the inside out.
Around five years ago, I started becoming much more intentional about my health — learning about what I was putting into my body, where ingredients came from, and what actually made a difference.
And the more I learned, the more questions I had.
I found so many supplements filled with low-dose blends, unnecessary ingredients and big promises. If I’m going to spend money on something, I want to know why I’m taking it, what’s inside it, and that it’s actually doing what I’m hoping it will do.
I figured I couldn’t be the only one.
So, I created Saude.
A supplement brand for the wellness girls who care about what’s inside the bottle just as much as what’s on the outside.
One of my personal favourites has always been probiotics. They became an important part of my own wellness journey, and over time, I noticed a real difference in how my gut felt and how I responded to certain foods.
That experience made me look even closer at probiotic supplements.
