Shipping Policy
At Saúde, we are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience. We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for more details about our shipping process.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM NZDT will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping to customers within the United States and internationally. The shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available for an additional cost)
- Free Shipping on all orders over $50 USD within the United States.

International Shipping:
- Shipping times and rates vary by country. You will be provided with the options and estimated delivery time at checkout.
- Please note: customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@saudeskin.com for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
While we make every effort to ensure your package is delivered safely, once it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We recommend checking with neighbors or other household members as well.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at sales@saudeskin.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at sales@saudeskin.com to correct it before the order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Due to regulations, some items may not be available for international shipping. If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you.
