Return and Refund Policy

At Saúde, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, natural, and organic products that promote wellness. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a full refund for the item(s) returned, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@saudeskin.com or through our Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
  2. After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Once we receive your return and inspect its condition, your refund will be processed.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund, provided it meets the return conditions.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note: If you received a discount or promotion on your order, your refund will be adjusted based on the final amount paid.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged securely and delivered safely. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@saudeskin.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products (such as skincare, supplements, etc.)
  • Gift cards

Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility:

At Saúde, we strive to reduce our environmental impact. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before returning items and only return products that meet the return policy conditions.
